What we do

BAR Labs (Biological Age Reversal Labs) helps high-performing patients measurably reduce biological age and restore organ-specific performance using data-driven longevity medicine.
We don’t guess. We test, build a protocol, and track outcomes.

The BAR Method (3 steps)

Frequently Asked Questions

What is biological age, and how is it different from my real age?

Chronological age is how long you have been alive. Biological age estimates how old your body is functioning at a cellular level, measured through DNA methylation patterns. Two people born in the same year can have biological ages a decade apart. Chronological age only moves in one direction. Biological age can move both ways, which is what BAR Labs measures and works to change.

Can biological age actually be reversed, or only slowed down?

Research shows epigenetic age scores can improve, not just slow. Studies on hyperbaric oxygen, lifestyle intervention and targeted supplementation have shown measurable reductions in methylation-based age markers. Whether a lower score reflects true whole-body rejuvenation is still being studied. At BAR Labs we measure what can be measured: your score, tracked over time, with protocols adjusted based on your response.

How much can I realistically lower my biological age, and how long does it take?

It varies significantly by person, starting point and adherence. Most patients retest at 8 to 12 weeks to establish a response trend rather than expecting a single dramatic result. We do not promise a specific number of years. What we commit to is measuring your baseline, tracking every change, and adjusting your protocol based on real data.
